This program provides grants to cover partial expenses for implementing international intellectual forums. It is designed to deepen mutual understanding and establish closer relations between Japan and other countries while promoting global intellectual exchange. Non-profit institutions such as universities, research institutes and NGO/NPOs are eligible to apply.
